With chiles and spices from all over the Southwest and Mexico, K-38 offers the flavors of Baja. All items are prepared with care and a taste for adventure. Standouts include the Polo de Chimayo (chicken breast baked with artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, green chile pesto and goat cheese cream), Tortilla Lasagna and their house specialty Fajitas. On my last vist I chose the Enchiladas Supremas Del Mar. Three corn tortillas, fresh shrimp, bay scallops, dungeness crab and roasted garlic cream. Included black beans and a fresh baja fruit salad.
